Accident Investigation

This Accident and Incident Investigation course provides learners with an introduction to effective accident and incident investigation. 

Many people are killed or injured at work each year, and over 40 million working days are lost annually as a result of work-related accidents and illnesses. When an accident does occur, it is important that it is recorded and investigated as required to understand what went wrong and establish how to prevent similar events from occurring in the future.
